StokeScreen Film Club
StokeScreen is a film club formed by the Stoke Park and Gosford Park communities in the autumn of 2018.
We were looking for a venue. Our requirements were modest: safe, adjacent parking, clean loos, descent catering & bar facilities. A place that you could confidently bring friends and loved ones to sit comfortably for a couple of hours, watch a movie on a big screen and socialise.
CNWSC fulfilled these requirements comfortably and excelled. We were a different proposition to the customary sporting clientele and something of a curiosity but the ease with which the staff accommodated to our requirements was admirable and allowed us to settle in easily.
We are about to begin our third season of films in September, building a large and loyal audience and drawing folk from across the city and beyond. We can promote with confidence, knowing that the programme is of the highest quality and also that the experience of the evening is in safe hands, welcoming our audience
Warwickshire and Solihull Bloodbikes
We are a charity run by volunteers who provide a service to our local hospitals in Warwickshire and surrounding areas.
We are the hospitals emergency and urgent service moving blood, blood products, human tissue and other items medically related during the hour of 7pm to 6am weekdays and 7pm Friday evening right through to 6am Monday morning, and we do this 365 days of the year rain or shine,
We also replenish the air ambulance with fresh blood every other day of the week.
There are also some daytime services we provide collecting breast milk for the premature baby unit, and another service that will be going live very shortly.
All this is funded by donations from the public and local groups like rotary etc.
The group would also like to express their gratitude to Cnwsc charity for the support you show towards our group with a great venue for our meeting place and other events.
