Private functions

Main function room only where you purchase our food

Room hire is included in the price for all bookings with a minimum of 100 guests. For all private events where the covers falls below this number a sliding scale room hire charge will apply. Pricing will change depending on the following numbers:

  • 99-75                                      

  • 74-50                          

  • Below 50 guests                     


Members Lounge

Maximum 40 guests                 


Self –hire

It is possible to hire our rooms without food or you can bring your own food. In both of these cases a room hire charge will apply. In all cases where you choose to bring your own food, you must sign a food indemnity form stating that your guests are consuming food at their own risk and that the venue accepts no responsibility in relation to food safety.




It is possible to bring your own alcohol, however this must be agreed in advance and in all cases a corkage charge will apply.


All private functions are subject to a non-refundable 20% or £200 (whichever is the greater) initial deposit based on the original booking numbers. This deposit secures your use of the room. Without this deposit payment your booking will be classed as provisional and held for up to 14 days only. Should a deposit payment and confirmation not be made during this time it will be released and subject to cancellation due to another client requiring that date. Any deposit paid will be deducted from your final amount which must be paid in full at least 14 days before your event date.


All final numbers and menu choice details must be provided within 14 days of event date along with full and final balance payment, otherwise your booking could be subject to cancellation resulting in loss of deposit paid.


Payment can be made by credit/Debit card, automated payment or cash. If you wish to pay by cheque then your final payment must be made within 21 days of event date.


You will receive a receipt detailing agreed final details once final payment has been made.


All price include VAT unless stated otherwise.


Please note: you are not permitted to bring your own food or drink onto the premises without prior written authorization from a member of our team.



Conferencing and meetings.


We have 3 separate business rooms available for hire on ½ day rates and full day. Prices will include flip chart, pads, pens and water plus overhead projector. Our rooms vary in size and can cater for a number of different set up styles. Tea and coffee can be purchased separately, either by the cup or unlimited throughout the day. We can also offer our main function room as a conference and meeting facility.


In all cases a signed booking form must be completed along with full room hire payment in advance of your booking date. Any food requested will be invoiced 72 hours before where final numbers must be provided. There will be no refund offered for non- attendees.


Sporting events


In the cases of all sporting events requiring food. Final numbers and menu choices must be provided within 72 hours of event date. In all cases of abandonment or no shows full payment will be required for agreed food.
