Room

Leofric – one of our smaller rooms with windows overlooking the main car park and tennis courts, Leofric is the perfect room for meetings of up to 24 people. Style set ups available here are: 

 

  • Boardroom up to 24 

  • U shape up to 21 

  • Classrooom up to 24 

  • Theatre up to 60 

 

Godiva – Another of our smaller rooms situated opposite Leofric and a mirror image of Leofric but without windows. Set up styles and capacities here are as Leofric. 

Room

Mercia – Mercia is our larger main conference room situated in between both Leofric and Godiva. Below are some samples of room setups. This can be tailored to your exact requirements to any set up and style needed

 

  • Squares of 6 up to 72 

  • Classroom up to 60 

  • Theatre up to 130. 

All rooms offer flip-chart, pads, pens and bottled water along with projector. Outside all 3 rooms is a tea and coffee machine and all bookings will be managed by our Conference and events team.

Dear Team

 

I am not only writing to you to thank you for the beautiful flowers I received, but also for the wonderful service you have all provided.

 

You are a very hard working and dedicated team.  Everyone that I have had the pleasure of liaising with over the last 3 months has been amazingly accommodating and willing to go above and beyond.  You have not only delivered and exceeded our expectations as a venue, you have impressed the trainers and delegates too.

I have received feedback from both companies we used to deliver the training, who have praised the staff – in particular Rozie, describing her as “tentative”, “going out of her way”, “nothing is ever to much”.

The delegates have also feedback to say the “rooms were of a great size, not too squashed and plenty of room”, “parking is brilliant”, “food is lovely”.

 

I would echo all of the comments above, apart from “food is lovely” only because I haven’t had the pleasure of trying it yet – but I have heard the cheesy mash is a deal breaker J

 

Overall, highly recommended both the venue and staff.  We will definitely be booking again!
